One thing we frequently get asked are the ongoing costs for your wonderful home in the sun.
Now, whilst every community is different and costs vary a good estimate for a 2 bedroom home is below, along with the sort of things to expect to pay for.
As with everything though, we recommend you look into the costs yourself as you will know what level of service you need along with specific costs associated with your choice of community.
· Community Fees, with 24-hour security, €160 per month.
· Community Fees, without security, €90 per month.
· Utility Bills, €120 per month
· Home Insurance, €25 per month
· Internet, €25 per month
· Town Hall Tax (IBI), €400 per year
· Non-Resident Property Tax, €300 per year
