Group Chief Executive Officer

Terry has been involved in and around the construction industry for over 35 years. Starting out renovating houses before beginning a career in Banking & Finance, specialising in funding residential and commercial property along with infrastructure projects across the UK. Terry is CeMAP qualified and a member of The London Institute of Banking & Finance. With this experience along with  running teams large and small, Terry is ideally placed to provide overall leadership of the Group.

After an extensive career in Banking Cedric founded a highly successful property maintenance and refurbishment company working for private and commercial clients as well as a School Academy Trust.  He is passionate about delivering an excellent service  to our clients. This makes him the ideal person for the role of COO as he has overall responsibility for the operational management of EziGroup Europe.

Darren Talbot FRICS MAPM MInstRE

Group Chief Commercial Officer

Darren is a highly experienced Project Manager, Civil Engineer, Surveyor and Sustainable Energy Specialist. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Association for Project Management and a Member of the Institute of Royal Engineers. Darren is extremely passionate about alternative energy sources and sustainable housing, making him the perfect CCO for EziGroup Europe.

Roger Galton-Davis

Roger has a background in design, build and marketing property in Spain, Hungary and Germany making him the ideal person to help our  EziGroup International clients achieve their Spanish property dream.

David Blackwell

David has considerable experience in marketing properties across the UK and Europe. With a vast network of Land Agents and other property specialists at his disposable, he is perfectly placed to look after our private investors covering acquisitions to delivery.

Debby Giglio

Debby has considerable experience in both traditional and digital marketing, with an emphasis on social media. Using her extensive knowledge and expertise she is best placed to get the EziGroup Europe ethos out to as wide an audience as possible.

I have carefully crafted my skills in Social Media, Social Data and Digital Marketing; I am now undertaking another role working with a highly experienced team of professionals with a long standing reputation in International Real Estate, whom have collaborated to form EziHomes International.
